We often get asked unanswerable wine questions, such as:

While we do have certain top memorable wine experiences, we're also wine lovers on an endless quest for discovery, so we like to think we haven't quite discovered the Holy Grail just yet! 

That said, there's something unmistakably satisfying about thoughtfully made Beaujolais, with its brilliant ruby colour and crystal-clean flavours of mixed berries, that will make you feel as good every day as the cuppa joe in that classic Folgers coffee TV commercial. 

Made of Gamay, a medium-bodied, fruity grape that offers silky tannins, nice acidity and hints of earthiness without big-ticket Pinot prices, Beaujolais is our house staple and we couldn't be happier to showcase this small producer to you.

This bright wine is at its most refreshing slightly below room temperature. Place in refrigerator for about 30-45 min prior to enjoying for maximum pleasure! We recommend the following Gamay companions:

• holiday turkey
  
• falafel
• a simple ham and mustard sandwich on fresh crusty bread
• early LL Cool J
• Zoom with no pants
• puppies
