Tiffany Jamison-Horne Bio
Tiffany Jamison-Horne is a Court of Masters Certified Sommelier and accomplished Hospitality Manager whose career spans twenty years in the Toronto restaurant scene.
Tiffany held the role of General Manager & Wine Director for CRUSH Wine Bar + Kitchen, a mainstay of the Toronto wine world until 2015, where she managed a 600-label cellar and one of the most extensive by the glass programs in the city.
She followed this up with stints as General Manager & Wine Director at Skin + Bones, a neighbourhood restaurant in Leslieville and Food & Beverage Director at The Gladstone Hotel, one of Toronto’s artistic hubs on West Queen West.
Most recently, Tiffany created the wine program and oversaw the opening of Ēst, a progressive Canadian tasting menu restaurant in Riverside.
In today’s rapidly changing hospitality landscape, Tiffany decided to shift her focus away from individual restaurant management in order to offer her extensive operational experience to multiple restaurants on a consulting basis. Born in Halifax, Tiffany relocated to Toronto in 1999. She speaks fluent English and French with a working knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and Greek.
