Refunds permitted only on full, unopened cases within 30 days of purchase. Funds must be returned to the original form of payment. Refund will not be processed until product is picked up for return, and may take up to five (5) business days to process.

Flawed / corked product may be replaced with the same item within 30 days, to a maximum of two (2) bottles or cans per case, subject to availability. Exchanges are currently only available via hand delivery in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) at this time, and may take up to five (5) business days to process. In the case of depleted stock, a credit in the value of your product will be placed on your account. You must have a Quvé account to receive the credit.

Virtual Tastings

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made under 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours from the booking are non-refundable. Recipients may reschedule once without penalty. Subsequent reschedule requests are each subject to a $25.00 fee.
